Dustin Clark, the Executive Chef at Wildwood, works with farmers to offer the freshest ingredients around. A native of South Dakota, Dustin studied at the New England Culinary Institute in Montpelier, Vermont. He loves preparing game and has a cerebral approach to cooking.
