Wildwood

Wildwood is a site to behold.  They create their menu selections based on the premium ingredients found within miles of the restaurant’s lush Willamette Valley.  They buy their cheeses, wines and other natural products from local farmers, supporting the natural and delicious products in the Pacific Northwest.

Wildwood’s unique menu and offerings change weekly, highlighting the chances in seasons and the local offerings.  Dustin Clark, the Executive Chef at Wildwood, works with farmers to offer the freshest ingredients around.  A native of South Dakota, Dustin studied at the New England Culinary Institute in Montpelier, Vermont.  He loves preparing game and has a cerebral approach to cooking.
