Castagna

Enjoy incredibly fine dining at Castagna in Portland, Oregon.  Their chef, Matthew Lightner, has been named one of the country’s Best New Chefs 2010 by Food & Wine Magazine.  All 2010 winners will be featured in the July issue of Food and Wine Magazine.  In addition, Lightner was named as a semi-finalist for the James Beard Rising Star Chef award and has garnered all sorts of attention in the past few months for his expertise.

At Castagna, you’ll find only the finest foods including Dungeness crabs, bison tenderloin, salmon Chinook, seared rockfish and the sort.  All ingredients are incredibly fresh and all items include a Pacific Northwest flair and a touch of the divine!
