The Bite of Oregon
For foodies, or even those who like the ambience of sitting with friends and enjoy some local fare, The Bite of Oregon which takes place August 6-8 might just be a fun thing to do. The event takes place at the Tom McCall Waterfront Park and is a real celebration of so much that Portland has to offer. As well as enjoying great food and beverages, those who come to enjoy this event will be privy to a great waterfront party. You will find good wine which comes from more than 20 wineries across the state and you can feel like you are doing a good thing at the same time as proceeds go towards the Oregon Special Olympics.
