Portland on a Boat
Portland meeting water is a great experience for everyone so next time you are checking out the city and looking for something fun to do, why not treat yourself to one of the Willamette jet boat excursions? This way you get to appreciate Portland’s waterfront, take in the sites, learn a bit about the city’s history and enjoy its beauty while being thrilled by the excitement of the jet boat. As well, on your trip you can see the city’s amazing homes on the riverfront, huge ships, and the majestic Willamette Falls (hence the name of the jet boat). Most trips last two hours but during the summer months you can also go for an hour (although you probably won’t want to, given how awesome the trip is; there is no way you can get bored on it). For bird watchers this is a great way for getting a close up of the birds you can’t always see since they sit comfortably along the river.
